More Than Just Trash Pickup

New Clients

When you sign up: You will receive a Welcome Kit that will contain various useful items  in order to announce the service to your tenants. You will also receive a contact sheet, a sample lease addendum, and access information to our online manager portal.

Residents

Each tenant receives a trash bin from Encore, a full-color flyer with instructions and contact information, and scannable QR codes to be placed on door frame for tracking service dates and times. 

Services

Light cleaning of hallways and around on-site trash receptacles provided. We will also periodically disinfect trash bins and replace any damaged bins as needed.

Bonus

TrashTracker keeps your managers informed when our porters are on site and provides a documented report of what was done, with 24-hour online access. Any violations or suspicious activity are documented and available in real-time.
