Step One:

Use

Tenants simply utilize the trash bin provided by Encore. Bin size is 11.4 gallon swing-top, that uses standard size tall kitchen bags. 

Step Two:

Place

Tenants place bin on doorstep by 7:00 pm., Sunday – Thursday, except when specified otherwise. Tenants should not leave empty bins outside.

Step Three:

Relax

Encore Team Members pick up trash between 7pm – 11pm and provide light cleaning in halls and around on-site trash receptacle.

What's Next?

When you sign up, you will receive a Welcome Kit that will contain various useful items including 25 customized full-color flyers. Post them around your community in order to announce the upcoming service to your tenants. You will also receive a contact sheet, a sample lease addendum, and access information to our online manager portal.

Each tenant receives a trash bin from Encore, a full-color flyer with instructions and contact information, and scannable QR/barcodes to be placed on door frame for tracking service dates and times.

Our 12 month phase-in program makes enrolling your residents simple and hassle-free. Ask our friendly Client Services Manager how it works and start adding more revenue to your bottom line. Your residents will thank you.

Tracking Program

Clients have the option of selecting of one of three scanning zones: buildings, floors, or Unit scanning. Each pickup will incorporate one of these three types of scans. Each scan captures the time of pickup, location of pickup, and any notes or pictures taken by our porter.

Property managers have the ability to view scan data in real-time by logging into the manager portal and providing a tracking number.
